I'm a native Vermonter who grew up in the tiny, blue-collar city of Winooski. At Brandeis University, I graduated with a unique degree focused on international and inter-cultural communications (BA, '09 International & Global Studies: Global Media & Communication; Journalism; Francophone Studies) and participated in several clubs and organizations while being a three-year member of the Varsity Baseball Team. my CV

While at Brandeis, I was a recipient of the first Hiatt Career Center World of Work Fellowship and spent the summer of 2008 living in Beijing where he studied Mandarin and assisted in Olympic Games reporting as a broadcast media intern. Alas, the Mandarin skills have mostly faded, but my spoken French remains functional and verbal/written comprehension remains high.
